Catch up to the New Year....Fast forward!

One of my favorite quotes...( one of many)

This from www.thebusinessof beingcreative.com website, from R.M. Rilke. with me today.  Wishing everyone a very happy and fulfilling 2010:

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will find them gradually, without noticing it, and live along some distant day into the answer.

BMS Basketball League Tournament

25-34 Ft. Morgan we lost but it was a tough fast game and it was the best that I have seen the A squad play. Dakota was in about 10-15 minutes and ".ixed things up pretty well...which is what he does really well.
Second game against Burlington for consolation...5/6. We won 31-21. Good game. Dakota played lots and played well....Guess next up is BMS Wrestling...at least it doesnkt start till after Christmas. This year is zooming!

New Baby O

Well I got to go with Tessa (my beautiful daughter) to the doctor today for her monthly appointment...she is going to have a baby in April!!!!! Her sweet husband Eric (BMS Jr. High Head Boys Basketball Coach) had a basketball game today at 4:00 so I was lucky enough to be Tessa's date for the appointment. What a joy, a true joy. This little child's heart beat was about 153...which is half way between a boy and a girl. LOL so for now I am sticking with boy...but reserve the right to change my mind at any time.

Dr. Doug Buchanan is her doctor and seems to know what he is doing...ha! He worked at Wray Super with my baby brother Loy way back in the day (1974 or 5 or 6...any way) seems hard to believe that he will be the one to deliver my first grandbaby...life is such a funny thing.

Posting pics of the ultra sound the kids had last week. Can see now why everyone gets so excited...but I must admit having it be my little grandbaby is what makes it so exciting.!
